Setting up Remote Individual Access to Elsevier’s International Databases

Using the Elsevier electronic resource center, you can request remote individual access to essential research tools of the company:

• Abstract, bibliographic database «Scopus»,
• Full-text database «ScienceDirect»,
• Researcher search module for establishing contacts and cooperation «Researcher Discovery»,
• Learning platform «Researcher Academy»,
• Software for managing bibliographic information «Mendeley».

Access to Research4Life platform resources

Berdyansk State Pedagogical University has received free access to the resources of the Research4Life platform.

Research4Life – the world’s largest platform for scientific, technical, natural, medical, and socio-political literature from leading international publishers combines thematic collections: Hinari (healthcare), AGORA (agriculture), OARE (ecology, geography, energy, etc.), ARDI (scientific developments and innovations), GOALI (law and social sciences).

Through the Research4Life portal, access is provided to electronic collections of books and journals of international publishers like Elsevier, Springer Nature, John Wiley & Sons, Taylor & Francis, Emerald, Sage Publications, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, IOP Publishing, and others (select the country name and institution type in the corresponding fields).

User Registration Instructions

To access the Research4Life platform (https://www.research4life.org), you need to contact your department or write to the corporate mail of the BDPU library – library@bdpu.org.ua requesting a login and password. Access is provided exclusively at the request of teachers, students, and Berdyansk State Pedagogical University employees.

Note! It is forbidden to publish login data for the Research4Life platform in open access and to transfer it to third parties.

To start working, go to the Research4Life resource, open the Access Content section, select Login from the dropdown menu, or go to https://login.research4life.org/tacgw/login.cshtml, enter the username and password, select the language if necessary, and click the “Login” button.
