Biography

Асhkan Vitaliy, born in 1982, received a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree (PhD) from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Ukraine, in 2009, and a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree (D.Sc. in Educational Science) from the Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, in 2019. Since 2006, he has been working in the field of mathematical and pedagogical modeling at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, where he is currently Professor of the Department of Mathematics and methods of teaching mathematics. Her research interests include the issues of mathematics education. Нe has published a number of papers in international journals and volumes in book series, is a expert of the сouncil of young scientists of the ministry of education and science of Ukraine.
