Biography

Olha M. Starokozhko was born in 1980 in the settlement of Andriivka, Zaporizhzhia oblast.

She graduated from Berdyansk State Pedagogical Institute in 2002 majoring in “Pedagogics and Methodology of Secondary Education. Labour Training”. In 2003 she graduated from Master Program majoring in “Technical Education”.

In 2007 Olha M. Starokozhko completed her postgraduate studies at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University as per program subject area 13.00.04 “Theory and Methods of Vocational Education” and in 2012 defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Formation of the Readiness of Future Teachers for Improving Their Professional Level in the Conditions of Continuous Education” (a scientific supervisor Prof. Kryzhko) at the Republican Higher Educational Institution “Crimean Humanities University” (the city of Yalta).

Olha M. Starokozhko has worked at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University as an Assistant Lecture of the Department of Pedagogics of Higher Education, Management of Educational Institution since 2006.

Since 2012 she has held the position of a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogics of Higher Education, Management of Educational Institution and Methods of Teaching Social Sciences of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.

In 2013 she was awarded an academic title of an Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogics of Higher Education, Management of Educational Institution and Methods of Teaching Social Sciences.

Since 2016 Olha M. Starokozhko has been working on her Doctoral thesis at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The topic of research is “Formation and Development of a Poly Paradigmatic Approach to the Management of Education in Ukraine (the second half of XX – the beginning of XXI century)”.
