Professional development of the Educational department

The purpose of the sector is to assist in the professional development of managerial and pedagogical staff at establishments and educational institutions in accordance with the requirements and demands of society and integration into the global educational space.

The tasks of the professional development sector are as follows:

• negotiation and conclusion of agreements between the University and educational institutions and establishments on the professional development of educators;
• organisation of advanced training courses for educators in accordance with the accredited educational and professional programmes;
• organisation of scientific and methodological seminars on professional development of educators according to relevant topics.

The main activities of the sector are:

• development, organisation and implementation of various types of professional development for managerial and pedagogical staff at establishments and educational institutions;
• information and advisory support for managerial and pedagogical staff at establishments and educational institutions on professional development issues;
• cooperation with establishments and educational institutions of all types to promote the professional development of teaching staff.
