Biography
Viktoriia Shvachko was born on 17, 1975 in Rostov-on-Don. In 1995, she graduated from Berdyansk Mechanical Engineering College, majoring in “Machining of metals by cutting on machines and automatic lines”; 1996; Berdyansk Mechanical Engineering College, specialty “Accounting and Auditing”; 2003; the Azov Regional Institute of Management of Zaporizhzhia State University, specialty “Organizational Management”, specialization “Trade and Catering Management”.
In 2006 she obtained Master Degree as per program subject area “Management of Organizations”, specialization “Management of Hotel, Resort and Tourist Service”, Academy of Management and Information Technologies “ARIU”.
In 2012 Viktoriia Shvachko completed an internship at the the University of Economics and Trade, Interbranch Institute of Postgraduate Education and Retraining of Specialists in the course “Teaching Methods in Higher Education”.
In different years she taught the following disciplines: Fundamentals of Tourism Studies, Tourist Cartography, International Tourism, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Organization of Excursion Activities, Theory of Recreation and Balneology, Balneology.

Areas of scientific interests: development of international tourism in the context of globalization; increase of efficiency of use of tourist and recreational potential of Ukraine; actual problems of tourism development in Ukraine; professional training of future specialists in the tourism industry; formation of professional competence of tourism specialists; formation of communication skills of future specialists of the tourism industry.
Field of research: formation of the concept of marketing management of a tourist organization.
Since 2018 Viktoriia Shvachko has been working as a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Finance, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.
