Biography

In 1999 Natalia Kirkova graduated with honors from the Department of Physics and Mathematics of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, majoring in Mathematics.

In 2000 N. Kirkova was a postgraduate student of Zaporizhzhia National University,program subject area 01.05.02 “Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods”. In 2004 she graduated from the Azov Regional Institute of Management (the specialty “Financial Management”) and obtained the qualification of a manager-economist.

In 2007 Natalia Kirkova completed a postgraduate study at Zaporizhzhia National University,program subject area 08.00.11 “Mathematical Methods, Models and Information Technologies in Economics”. In 1999 she worked at the Azov Regional Institute of Management, where from 2008 to 2012 she held the position of the Scientific Secretary of the Institute. In 2012 Natalia Kirkova started working at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. In 2012 she raised the level of her professional skills at the Interbranch Institute of Postgraduate Education and Retraining of Specialists of Poltava University of Economics and Trade in the course “Methods of Teaching Subjects in Higher Education”, where she worked on the following topics: “Innovative Teaching Technologies”, “Actuarial Calculations”, “Organizational Forms of Higher Education”.

In 2008 N. Kirkova defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Modeling of Pricing the Services of Enterprises of the Health Resort and Recreational Areas”. At the moment she is working on her Doctoral thesis on the topic “Models of Innovative Development of Regions”. She is the permanent Scientific Secretary of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Forecasting of Socio-Economic Processes”.

Areas of scientific interests: modeling of economic systems.

She was awarded Honorary Diploma of the Department of Education and Science of Zaporizhzhia Oblast State Administration.

1. Kirkova was an opponent of two PhD thesis defenses on the topics: “Optimization of the Operational Management of the Recreational Enterprise” and “Modeling of Cost-effective Pricing at Tourist Services Enterprises”.

She is an author (co-author) of 35 scientific papers on research of the problems of management and modeling of economic processes.

Since 2018 she has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Finance, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.
