To build and strengthen the professional competencies of teachers in general secondary education through the delivery of continuing professional development (CPD) programmes, micro-credentials, webinars, and practice-based learning formats that respond to the evolving demands of modern schooling.

To become the leading regional centre for teacher professional development in general secondary education — a hub where every educator has equitable access to high-quality CPD courses, webinars, workshops, and accredited micro-credentials, regardless of their school or location.
The purpose of the Centre is to ensure the systematic renewal of the professional potential of general secondary education teachers by creating an accessible, innovative, and practice-oriented learning environment that fosters the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
