🔹 validated Education and Science Prestige Index (ESPI) and Readiness to Remain in the Academic Sphere Index (WTS);
🔹 empirical data on barriers, motivational factors and incentives for the academic career of young people;
🔹 experimentally tested sets of incentives for the state, universities and business;
🔹 Scientific production and dissemination of results: publications in Scopus/WoS publications, monographic and analytical materials, popular science publications, practical recommendations for the preservation and restoration of academic human capital.
