- Research activities focus on examining the paradigm shift in the training of specialists for special education and inclusive learning, as well as their retraining and professional development.

- 1998–2023 – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Special and Inclusive Education, Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University;
- 2009–2022 – Academic Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council for the defense of Candidate and Doctoral dissertations at Mykhailo Drahomanov National Pedagogical University;
- Since 2022 – Deputy Chair of the Specialized Academic Council for the defense of Candidate and Doctoral dissertations at Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University;
- 2019–2024 – Chair of Subcommittee 016 “Special Education” within the Academic and Methodological Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (tasked with developing sectoral standards for higher education);
